Restoring Ethnic Identity & Confidence With Eyebrow Transplantation

This patient was seeking to restore her ethnic identity with eyebrow transplant surgery. After years overplucking, Patient came to see Dr. Anil Shah and Dr. Sameea Chughtai to help restore her eyebrows. Using the ARTAS Hair Restoration Robot, Dr. Shah and Dr. Chughtai transplanted hair follicles from behind the patient's head and use it in her eyebrows. Donor area was hidden using a stealth technique that covered the area with the patient's long hair. To help with survival rate of the follicles in the eyebrow area and maintain growth, patient had 2 PRP treatments with Dr. Sameea Chughtai.
