Dr. Anil Shah: And we're talking about our whole philosophy of hair transplantation and it's more than just transplanting hairs from one area to another. We're actually talking about combining talents including facial plastic surgery, which is what I do,
Dr. Sameea Chughtai: And regenerative medicine.
Dr. Anil Shah: So by combining the two skills together, we feel like we're going to offer patients better results. What I do, and what I can tell you that I do is we use technology such as the ARTAS robot to help move hairs in the back of the head and transplant them to the front of the head. When we do that though, we really need those hairs to prosper and flourish.
Dr. Sameea Chughtai: So we are also using regenerative medicine with growth factors to help make the scalp a more hospitable environment for transplants.
Dr. Anil Shah: And the way we do this is think of barren soil, and one of the hardest places to transplant here is kind of here in this temple area where there's really no other hairs. So if you just tried transplanting here, that's a notoriously difficult area for heres to take. And so by using some of the technologies and some of the advances in regenerative medicine, we combine those to get what we feel are the best results in hair transplantation.
